Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy however you must inform us within 14 days of receiving it to be approved, which means you have up to 30 days for it to reach us, conditions apply see below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed or deodorant marks with no signs of wear and tags attached and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@parkratsparkour.com Please note you must contact us before you send any item back so we can forward you the details which you will need to fill in along with the reason for refund to get an exchange or refund and for the return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor will we re ship the item so please ensure you request a return within the correct time frame.

you are responsible for posting the item back to us within the the correct amount of time, if it is not going to make it let us know before you post the item back and the reason why to see if you will still qualify for the refund or exchanged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photo of the damage to item or from in transit or incorrect print or for other reasons for us to issue the refund/exchange, in this case we would cover the cost of return postage due to the item being damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods such as underwear, swim wear, face masks and gift cards are non returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
should you want to return a sale item only the sale price you paid will be refunded or if it is part of a special offer such as buy one get one free or buy one get one half price any kind of offer that means you got them cheaper, then the offer price dose not stand unless you return both items, should you return one half for a refund then the price will be full price of a single item and cheapest part will be returned if any monies is due for example buy one get one half price the half price is the refund you will receive.
Free gifts are none returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. return postage from outside the U.K is not free the customer will be responsible for the postage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

U.k customer are responsible for the return postage of any item they purchase, unfortunately due to cost we are unable to offer free returns, we advise checking the size, colour and items you are purchasing to minimise the risk of having to return.
Customers who want to return an item from other countries are responsible for the postage and shipping of all orders themselves unfortunately due to cost we cannot offer free return postage or shipping.
Please make sure you look at the size chart and ask any questions about sizing to avoid returns, also please don't buy in multiple of the same items as again returns are expensive and we don't pay for postage on multiple of the same item, we are happy to assist you when choosing a size
We don't hold a lot of stock so orders are made when placed.
